How to register for the Scientific sessions of the 2010 Conference

You can either register directly on line (*) (interactive form in English - online payment) or download and fill in the registration form (*) (in French) and send it along with your payment before 10 November 2010. After 10 November, all registrations will be processed directly on site at the Palais des Congrès.
(*) Please fill in one form per person and make sure you send all the required documents
We strongly advise you to register in advance in order to avoid waiting in line at the Conference centre and to ensure that you can attend the workshops of your choice.

Registration formalities - How to fill in your registration form
A – Compulsory General Registration
Whatever the sessions you choose to attend, you must be registered either for the full duration of the Conference (Five-day Pass) or for one day (Single-day Pass).
The Compulsory General Registration includes admission to all the conferences, lectures, live clinical demonstrations, interactive sessions and "Focus on..." sessions. It does not include specific sessions for which an additional fee is required, as described below. Dentists register before 15 July 2010 or 31 October 2010 will enjoy Early-bird rates, the discount depending on the date the registration form is received by the ADF.
The general registration fee includes admission to virtually all the sessions of the Scientific Programme, as well as:
A copy of the booklet Quintessence du Congrès (abstracts of all the presentations in French)
The five scientific brochures published by the ADF in 2010 (in French) which will be handed to you in the ADF Pavilion on level 1 on presentation of your badge
The leaflets "Ce qu'il faut retenir" (in French) that will be handed to you at the end of each session you attend;
Preferential registration rates for the 2011 Congress (for a Five-day pass only).

B – Optional Registration
Additional fees are required for the Hands-on Workshops, Courses, Q & A Sessions and "How does my practice compare?" sessions.

Please use the programme to choose your "additional fee" sessions and check that the sessions do not overlap. If you have chosen a Single-day General Registration , the "additional fee" sessions you choose must be scheduled on that same day.
Please note that the number of participants in each "additional fee" session is extremely limited in order to guarantee the best possible learning conditions. Please check the list of fully booked sessions before sending in your registration form. Registration requests will be met according to availability and dealt with in their order of arrival.
C – Miscellaneous
Please indicate the number of SNCF discount vouchers* you need. *Please note that the SNCF discount vouchers are valid only for train journeys on the French railway network.

In the days following the receipt of your registration form, the Congress secretariat will send you a document confirming your registration, accompanied by SNCF discount vouchers if you have requested them.

You should receive your badge about a week before the opening of the Conference and Exhibition.
Your Participant badge is strictly personal and must be worn at all times – it will give you access to the Exhibition halls and to the Scientific sessions. Each participant will receive a certificate of attendance in the first quarter of the year following the Conference. | |

Extract of Terms and Conditions
Conference participant Any dental surgeon, general practitioner, pharmacist, veterinarian, biologist, physicist, chemical engineer, dental technician, dental assistant, student in dentistry, medicine or pharmacy who wishes to attend the Conference and has paid a registration fee.
Student Any dental student who is not yet qualified to practice (pregraduate) and holds a student card.
Dental Graduate Any Dental Graduate who has completed their Ph.D in 2007, 2008 or 2009
Retired dentist Any person who has retired from the dental profession and receives a pension.

Full cancellation (Compulsory General Registration/Optional Registration) any registration cancelled before 10 November 2007 will be reimbursed in full minus 20% to cover registration processing fees. No request for cancellation will be taken into account after this date.
Partial cancellation/exchange Optional Registration fees may be refunded and "additional fee" sessions exchanged at the very latest on the day before the session. Please note however that participants will receive no refund or be allowed no exchange for sessions which are full. |
